We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel, which exceeded our expectations in terms of luxury and exclusive amenities. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were both exceptional, and the spa centre offered a wide range of services. We also enjoyed the bar/lounge area and took advantage of the coffee/tea in the lobby.
The only minor issue we experienced at this hotel was the location, which was a bit far from the main attractions and city center. the restaurant on site made up for this by offering delicious breakfast and dinner options.

Rooms were spacious and clean and the location was convenient for a city trip. The hotel was within walking distance of a large mall with a variety of shops and restaurants. The staff was polite and willing to help in any way necessary.
The food selection was limited and many of the dishes were not refilled in a timely manner. The overall quality of the food was subpar and did not meet the expectations of a hotel that otherwise seemed to be of a higher standard.

This hotel had a good location right next to a big shopping mall, making it convenient for shopping and dining. it was away from the busiest part of the city, providing a peaceful stay. the breakfast buffet offered both Western and Chinese options and had good quality coffee.
The hotel lacked attention to detail in some areas, such as dust on fixtures and decorations.

The lobby is impressive and the breakfast spread was quite good with a variety of food options. the hotel is in a great spot for easy access to local shops and restaurants. the staff were friendly and very helpful with directions.
The rooms were shabby and outdated. the sheets had stains and the bathroom was not clean.

The transportation was convenient as it is located in Fujian area and away from the busiest area of this city. The cleanliness of the hotel and the facilities were excellent. The staff was friendly and quick to respond to our room change request due to noise from an event near the hotel. We appreciated their attention to our comfort. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options.
